The jacuzzi bath was amazing, and the location was super quiet and cozy. We appreciated the lovely garden, although some furniture could use a refresh. It's perfectly located for exploring Chester or Liverpool. We had a great time relaxing in the clean, homely atmosphere.

the staff were super friendly, especially a guy called eddie who was like a total gem! he helped us with our bags and kept checking in on us. rooms were comfy and had a nice vibe. the garden was pretty too, it would be great for photos! all in all, great value for money!

however, the carpets in the hallways were kinda shabby and the restaurant was chaotic during breakfast, took forever to get seated.

Brook Hall charmed me with its stunning gardens and historical decor, perfect for a relaxing retreat. Although we had a minor issue with the check-in process, the comfortable room and delightful breakfast more than made up for it. Highly recommend!

I had a meal that I enjoyed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, which I appreciated. I also took advantage of the leisure facilities. the free pool and games were a nice touch. After breakfast, I found time for a walk with my family around the grounds, which was lovely.
